Agentic-o-tron

Build forms for people—and the agents working for them

Agentic-o-tron is a form and questionnaire platform designed for the agentic web.

Create a guided flow once, publish it at a shareable URL, and let respondents complete it directly or with help from a compatible browser agent. Both follow the same questions, validation rules, review process, and submission safeguards.

One flow. Two ways to complete it.

Forms shouldn’t become a barrier for AI agents

Traditional forms were built only for people to click through manually. Agents are left trying to interpret page layouts, identify fields, and guess what happens when they press a button.

Agentic-o-tron gives agents a structured, dependable way to interact with your forms—without creating a separate agent-only experience.

The visible page and the browser agent use the same application services and HTTP routes. When an agent answers a question, the respondent sees the page update in real time.

Build once. Serve humans and agents equally.

1

Create your flow

Build a clear, linear questionnaire from your private dashboard. Define the questions, required fields, validation rules, and confirmation process.

2

Publish and share

Publish an immutable version and share its public URL. Each new version can evolve without changing responses already collected.

3

Let respondents choose

People can complete the flow themselves or ask a compatible WebMCP browser agent to help. They can review every answer before anything is submitted.

4

Review the results

See responses in your private dashboard, filter and paginate submissions, export data to CSV, and receive email notifications when new responses arrive.

Designed for safe agentic action

Agentic-o-tron doesn’t give agents a shortcut around your rules.

Agents and people must satisfy the same required questions and validation. A submission must enter the review stage before it can be confirmed, and final submission is explicitly marked as a consequential action.

This means an agent can help complete a flow—but cannot silently skip requirements or bypass the respondent’s review.

Everything you need to publish reliable flows

  • No-code flow creation and editing
  • Shareable public URLs
  • Draft, published, and archived flow states
  • Immutable published versions
  • Required-field and answer validation
  • Review before final submission
  • Live synchronization between agents and the visible page
  • Private, owner-scoped response dashboards
  • CSV response exports
  • Submitter and owner email notifications
  • Durable email delivery with automatic retries
  • Submission expiration and idempotent confirmation
  • Rate limiting for public endpoints
  • Mobile-responsive, WCAG-conscious interfaces
  • Email/password and GitHub authentication

Built for real workflows

Use Agentic-o-tron for:

  • Product orders and service requests
  • Customer intake and onboarding
  • Applications and registrations
  • Surveys and assessments
  • Support and incident reports
  • Appointment or delivery requests
  • Internal approval workflows
  • Any structured process an agent may need to complete

Agent-ready without leaving people behind

WebMCP support is an enhancement, not a requirement.

Agentic-o-tron works as a normal website in every modern browser. When WebMCP is available, the page exposes structured tools that allow a browser agent to:

  1. 1Read the published flow
  2. 2Start a submission
  3. 3Answer individual questions
  4. 4Prepare the answers for review
  5. 5Submit after review
  6. 6Check the submission's status

Agent activity remains visible on the page, keeping the respondent informed and in control.

Built for production

Agentic-o-tron is a multi-tenant platform built on a service-oriented architecture. Business rules are shared across the human interface, HTTP API, and WebMCP integration, keeping behaviour consistent regardless of who—or what—is completing the flow.

The platform includes secure administrator authentication, owner-scoped data access, versioned publishing, database-backed submissions, rate limiting, health monitoring, and reliable email delivery.

Production infrastructure runs on Google Cloud in Toronto with automated testing and deployment on every release.
